This statement outlines the accessibility measures in place for the Primary Integrated Community Services Ltd (PICS) Pain and ME/CFS Service website.

Website Usage

The website is managed by PICS. Our goal is to ensure that as many people as possible can effectively use the site. To support this, users should be able to:

• Zoom in up to 300% without content overflowing or becoming unreadable
• Navigate most of the website using only a keyboard
• Use voice commands through speech recognition tools to explore most of the site

Additionally, we strive to use clear, straightforward language throughout the website content.

Current Accessibility Limitations

We are aware that certain features of the site are not fully accessible:

• Users cannot adjust text spacing or line height
• Many legacy PDF documents are not compatible with screen reader technology

Known Technical Issues

• Adjusting text spacing and line height is not currently supported
• Addressing these issues at this time would pose a disproportionate burden, based on current resource availability.
